Cell Phones

For the comfort of our guests, we ask that you please observe our no cell phone policy. Please TURN OFF or SILENCE all cell phones before entering the salon or studio.

 

Children & Visitors

Even though we love children, please leave your children at home unless they are coming in for their appointment. Due to our limited seating the studio facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment areas or the relaxation areas including those complying with our age restriction policy. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.

 

Age Requirements

All guests must have a scheduled appointment and be 12 years of age or older, minors (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.


All guests under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian complete and sign a consent form.

 

Scheduling Policy

A 50% deposit will be required at time of booking.

 

  • Deposits are not refundable.

  • If an appointment is cancelled the day of service, you are responsible for the total cost of the scheduled appointment.

  • It is your responsibility to remember the appointments you schedule and have an understanding the policies we have established. Our polices are posted online as well as on the forms that your are required to complete when making an appointment with OOLAN Studio.

  • Please be respectful of our time and our policies.

Re-Scheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to make changes or reschedule your appointment. If you must reschedule, we will allow a one-time reschedule of your appointment without you losing your deposit. However, if we cancel your appointment out-right, you will lose your deposit. If you are not able to make the rescheduled appointment, then it will be counted as a cancellation and will result in a charge equal to the outstanding appointment balance. At this time, you will need to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit when you are ready and your schedule allows you to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any late or missed appointments which result in a cancellation charge as outlined. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment since you scheduled the appointment and was either verbally or electronically accepted. We require 24 hours.

 

 

  • Any appointment changed or rescheduled without 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to the outstanding appointment balance.

  • “NO SHOWS” or any appointment cancelled without 24-hour notice will also result in a charge equal to the outstanding appointment balance.

    The policy applies to members and non-members alike.

 

Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of scheduling. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as illness, power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may/will have to reschedule and will result in a charge equal to the outstanding appointment balance. Out of respect and consideration for your aesthetician and other customers, please be on time.

 

Gratuity

Customary gratuities average between 18-25 percent of the treatment price, but we always respect your tipping decisions. You may give your therapist a tip in cash or by credit card at check out.

 

Refunds

Products, spa services and gift cards/certificates are not refundable.

Gift Certificates/E-Gift Cards

Gift Certificates/E-Gift Cards purchased online can be used towards the purchase of Services and Products at OOLAN Studio. Purchases will be deducted from the card value until the balance reaches zero. Gift Certificates/E-Gift cards may not be returned, applied to previously purchased services or products, or used to purchase additional Gift Certificates or E-Gift cards. OOLAN is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates or E-Gift Cards.

Membership Programs

Discounted membership plans give frequent guests a chance to save money and create a schedule that fits their needs. Enjoy any of my popular treatments and save!

 

You can book your monthly appointment yourself or we can pre-schedule your appointments so you know that your appointment is already set and scheduled every month and you won’t have to worry about availability.

I take a no-strings-attached approach to this program. This means that a payment is charged to your credit/debit card at the beginning of each term. This entitles you to receive the treatment at the discounted price whenever it suits you during that month. Membership plans also include one complimentary add-on each month depending on the membership chosen.

Guests are welcome to have multiple treatment memberships, for example … this means you can enjoy unlimited discounted face waxing and Brazilians at the same time.

HS Student Membership

An Individual Discount Membership for High School Students only and cannot be transferred or shared with another individual.

With this monthly plan and parental consent, the credit card on file will be charged which entitles the high school member to a 25% Discount on all OOLAN Studio treatments.

No annual contract -- just sign up for two months and you can cancel anytime after.

No Refunds.

The membership includes one complimentary Brow Clean-up per month.

New Client Referral Programs

I always appreciate meeting new clients through your word-of-mouth referrals! When your friends schedule an appointment and mention your name, you will qualify for a discount toward your next treatment. 

Here’s how it works:

  • Referral must be a New Client with Aimee at OOLAN Studio.

  • If multiple referral sources are indicated, the discount will apply to one existing client only,

  • After completion of your Referral’s treatment, a discount will be applied towards your next treatment.
