APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & "NO-SHOW" POLICY Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any late or missed appointments which will result in a cancellation charge as explained in this policy. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointment(s) is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment since you yourself scheduled the appointment and was either verbally or electronically accepted. A minimum of 24-hours to cancel or reschedule is required. Any appointment CHANGED OR RESCHEDULED WITHOUT 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the outstanding appointment balance. “NO SHOWS” or any appointment CANCELLED WITHOUT 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. The policy applies to members and non-members alike. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at the time of scheduling. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders. It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as illness, power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply. LATE ARRIVALS If you arrive late I may or may not be able to extend your appointment time (depending on my schedule for the day). If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule and you will be charged the remainder of your outstanding appointment balance.
